Carla Morvan
I am an Assistant Professor (Maîtresse de Conférences) of economics at Université Paris Cité and LIRAES.
My research interests lie in the fields of environmental and health economics, local public policy evaluation, and political economy.
Previously, I was a Postdoctoral Fellow within the AirCov project at the Center for environmental economics of Montpellier (CEE-M), studying the health effects of air pollution.
I completed my PhD at GATE Lyon—Saint-Etienne and Université Lumière Lyon 2. My dissertation focuses on the budgetary and electoral consequences of natural disasters and prevention policies at the local level.
